Six carefully selected young adults were chosen to participate in the program. Their task was simple in theory—live inside the Ouroboros for ninety days, completely cut off from the outside world, while researchers monitored their physical health, psychological state, and social dynamics.
Every aspect of their lives would be recorded through daily monitoring systems and personal video logs known as Echo Loops, providing researchers a window into how people adapt to isolation in a closed environment.
For most participants, the offer was hard to ignore.
Compensation included college credits, financial incentives, and full forgiveness of student loans—a life-changing opportunity for students already burdened by debt.
Three months underground.Then freedom.
At least, that was the plan.
